I’m hunting for a compact digital digital camera which I can use both in and out of the water. Most of the good waterproof cameras which I have discovered are only rated to ten meters, which is inadequate. Am I much better off getting a standard digital camera and a waterproof situation? There is the Vivitar ViviCam 8400. It has eight.1 megapixles, and 8x digital zoom. It is waterproof up to 10 meters.
